Love & Filling Your Own Cup Up First
My message this December is that we’re divine creations here to serve and love.
But when we get tired and overwhelmed, love does not come out the way we mean it to.
So in this winter season it’s so important that we take care of ourselves. We need to continue to have sources of light and inspiration that not only serve us, but light us up. We can’t give from an empty cup, so my simple message to you this winter is to focus on ways that light you up, that fill your cup, so that when it comes time to serve, you’re ready. More than ready, you’re willing.
These are challenging times, yes, but you’re not alone. There is a crew of us doing the same, putting our health and wellbeing first so that we can continue to serve others from a full place. This will allows us the energy we need to make great changes in our lives and in our worlds.
My hope is that this blog and the services I offer will continue to be a source of love and inspiration for you, a place where you can come and fill up. One of many.
