My FAVORITE Smoothie Recipe (as of now)

With summer temperatures a-rising, I’ve been LOVING my morning superfood smoothie as a way to refuel and cool off after my morning workout. 

I use Shakeology because in the past 5 years I haven’t found anything that quite beats the ingredients and the flavor. It has superfoods, prebiotics, yaddi yaddi yadda. I could talk more about it, but that’s not the point of this recipe. If you wanna learn more, head over here and I’ll share a bit of my story with ya and why I picked this supplement in particular. Otherwise, feel free to use whatever protein/fiber supplement you’d like ( my recommendation is vanilla) 

Ingredients: 

  • 16-24 oz water 

  • 1 cup frozen or fresh organic blueberries 

  • 1 cup frozen rice cauliflower

  • 1 tbsp almond butter 

  • 1 scoop vanilla fiber/protein supplement

  • (Optional: handful of spinach for extra greens)
