At the end of the day, we just want to be happy and fulfilled. There are different components of happiness we will be working on during our work together, and this assessment will give us an idea of where you’re currently at.
We each have what’s called a happiness set point that is composed of 50% genetics, 40% learned habits and 10% circumstance. We tend to think our circumstances will make us happy, but our happiness is largely composed of our habits and ways of thinking, which can also influence genetics. This is INCREDIBLE because it means we can elevate our happiness no matter what our current circumstances look like.
